Tim started Sonic Performance & Collision out of his garage in 2020 after deciding he wanted a career change. Tim’s long history of working on cars with his dad and grandpa, his 10.5 year career in the body shop of a dealership, and all of his determination and knowledge was essential in starting the business.

With word of mouth, Sonic Performance & Collision kept growing, and in just a year Tim moved into the first official brick and mortar building, just off of 12th street in Mishawaka.

Tim and Ashley met in 2021, and became the dynamic husband and wife duo you see today in October of 2022.

Ashley officially joined the Sonic Performance team in the beginning of 2022 and helped Tim continue to grow the business. She has a Human Resource and managerial background of over 10 years.

Just after Tim and Ashley got married, they moved Sonic into its current location on Old U.S. 20, and continue to keep expanding!
